Luke is a specialist in property law, having advised both landlords and tenants on a wide array of issues concerning both commercial and residential tenancies. He also has considerable experience representing clients in court at multiple levels, including the Court of Appeal. He has particular experience in:

Luke has an active chancery practice and takes instructions on wills and probate matters as well as trust disputes. He has particular experience advising and providing representation on:

Personal Injury
Luke has substantial experience representing clients in a variety of personal injury claims and has acted for both Claimants and Defendants at all stages of proceedings. He is available to provide advice on liability, quantum and procedure and to draft statements of case and applications.
